Hyundai Elevator is speeding up its efforts to strengthen its global capabilities to explore new markets.

At the conference, more than 70 members of the CoP team shared their research over the past year on the construction business, corporate status, cultural characteristics, and market outlook of major and strategic countries.

Hyundai Elevator's major markets include China, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Turkmenistan, while its strategic countries include Saudi Arabia, Poland, and Finland.

In particular, the event was attended by Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Dael, Director of the Cultural Center of Saudi Arabia in Korea, who is promoting the Neom City project, the world's first city where all infrastructure is operated by artificial intelligence (AI).

Cho Jae-chun, CEO of Hyundai Elevator, discussed the exchange of elevator technology personnel and internships for Saudi scholarship students with Director Al-Dael.

"If you go to any major company or government organization in Saudi Arabia, the elevator carries always a Hyundai brand, so it is well-known," said Al-Dael. "We are ready to cooperate with Hyundai Elevator at any time and in any way."

"To reach new markets and new customers, understanding their culture and way of life is fundamental," said Cho. "We will continue to expand the global capabilities of our employees through various programs."

Hyundai Elevator, which aims to become a global top 5 company in 2030, has also participated in business briefings in Neom City, Saudi Arabia, and New Capital, Indonesia, as part of the government's One Team Korea in 2023.
