Diplomacy Gyeongju City Mayor Joo receives Italian Ambassador Emilia Gatto
By Diplomacy Journal Kayla Lee Gyeongju City Mayor Joo Nak-young met with Italian Ambassador to Korea Emilia Gatto and discussed ways to expand exchanges and cooperation between Gyeongju and Italy on April 29, the city announced. The meeting was organized as part of the city's global city diplomacy strategy to prepare for the post-APEC era ahead of the 2025 APEC Summit in Gyeongju in October. Diplomacy Japanese Amb. Mizushima meets with Gyeongju City Mayor Joo
By Diplomacy Journal Lee Kap-soo Japanese Ambassador to Korea Koichi Mizushima visited the Gyeongju City Hall on Nov. 7 and discussed future-oriented exchanges between Korea and Japan with Mayor Joo Nak-young of Gyeonggju City. This is Ambassador Mizushima's first visit to Gyeongju since his appointment.
