Diplomacy UN Rights Expert Holds Talks on DPRK Human Rights Issues with Seoul Officials and Victims
Diplomacy Journal David Kendall | The UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Dr. Elizabeth Salmón, arrived in Seoul on February 2. The UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) announced her trip last month on January 28.
