Participants will be able to find balance in their bodies and minds in nature with yoga experts and take time to let go of their daily stress through deep breathing and meditation.
Yoga mats will be provided on site, and participants can register on the day of the event without prior application.
“It will be a time to awaken your body and calm your mind. Experience true balance in the embrace of nature,” said an ICCK official.
