Music is the most beautiful language that transcends borders and unites us.
“This concert is a meaningful place where Korean everyday musicians and Myanmar musicians residing in Korea can come together to share each other’s cultures and create harmony and friendship through music. I hope that this stage, which will be performed with various instruments and voices, will bring emotion and joy to the audience, and that Korea and Myanmar can communicate more closely through music. I greet you with the hope that you will feel peace and hope in the beautiful melodies and join us with warm hearts.”
The event, which was divided into Part 1 (Korean musicians) and Part 2 (Myanmar folk performances), started off with a lively performance by Nanta (Hye-rin Lee and 11 others) as the opening act.
Part 2 (Park Ji-ah, representative of Myanmar folk music) performed with Myanmar traditional costumes and dances, creating a mysterious appearance throughout the performance, making it feel like you were in a traditional Myanmar concert hall.
