World-renowned vocalist Kim Dong-kyu attended the 77th anniversary 'Your Voice Open My Heart' love concert at Jamwon-dong Cathedral Archdiocese in Jamwon-dong, Seoul on June 15, and sang famous songs with the voice of God, receiving a standing ovation and great praise from the audience.

"Music is a common language," said Father Lee Kang-koo (Marco), pastor of Seoul's Jamwon-dong Cathedral. "Playing and singing beautiful melodies unites people across borders, generations, and cultures, and has a synergistic effect that unites us all in love," he said.

"The reason we perform these concerts in our parishes is not just for show and tell, but for the purpose of growing in our parish community, becoming mature people of faith who practice love and witness to Christ in our neighbors," he said.

"We praise God for always giving us the grace to perform such a wonderful concert, and we pray for the opportunity to energize all those who helped to prepare the concert," he said.

The concert was hosted by announcer Lee Seung-min and featured musical actress Park Hae-mi, soprano Kang Hye-jung, baritone Kim Dong-kyu, and phantom singer Ahn Se-kwon. They performed for an hour and a half as the audience filled the cathedral.
