Hanjin Travel announced on March 31 that it has discussed with the Embassy of Lithuania in Seoul how to cooperate in promoting and expanding tourism to Lithuania.
The meeting was held at Hanjin's headquarters in Sogong-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, on March 25, and was attended by CEO Lee Jang-hoon, Lithuanian Ambassador to Korea Ricardas Šlepavicius, and other officials.

The meeting was organized to explore ways to promote Lithuanian tourism and discuss ways to cooperate to raise awareness of Lithuania in the Korean market.
The Lithuanian Embassy thanked Hanjin for its continuous operation of travel products to Lithuania and emphasized the need for cooperation to offer more attractive products to Korean travelers.
They also discussed ways to diversify marketing strategies to raise awareness of Lithuania in Korea, and introduced hidden spots in Lithuania that are not widely known in Korea.
“Lithuania is a hidden gem of a destination where you can experience cities and natural landscapes with different cultures at reasonable prices,” said an official from Hanjin Travel. ”We will continue to work closely together and do our best to promote the beauty of Lithuania to Korean travelers using various marketing methods.”
