ISTE signed an agreement with VILDUJA, a Lithuanian energy company, on March 27 to jointly promote various hydrogen projects, including the construction of on-site hydrogen refueling stations. 

VILDUJA has decided to cooperate with ISTE on technical cooperation and joint business in line with Lithuania's focus on developing the renewable energy and hydrogen industries. 

In recent years, Lithuania has been investing heavily in the renewable energy and hydrogen industries at the national level. As part of this, it is promoting the construction of on-site hydrogen refueling stations including electrolysis systems. 

Based on its experience in the construction of hydrogen fueling stations and technical manpower related to electrolysis, ISTE will design, supply equipment, commission and train hydrogen fueling stations in Lithuania.  

With excellent technology and product production capabilities in the field of semiconductor equipment manufacturing, ISTE entered the hydrogen business in 2019 based on its existing small business design capabilities. 

Starting with the design and manufacturing of reformers for fuel cells, the company has expanded its expertise in various hydrogen businesses, including hydrogen refueling station EPC and water electrolysis system design and construction. In particular, it recently registered a manufacturing license for water electrolysis facilities and is currently designing and constructing BOPs for alkaline and PEM-type water electrolysis facilities.
